When you purchase the Toolkit, you will create an account on Thinkific, our learning management platform, to access your Materials. The following information is collected and processed through the Thinkific platform:

- IP addresses from which you access your account
This information is necessary to provide you with access to the Materials you have purchased and to maintain the security of your account. You set your own password directly with Thinkific; we do not have access to your password.

- Payment Processing: Thinkific Payments is our integrated payment processor, built on Stripe’s infrastructure. All credit card transactions are processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store or have access to complete credit card numbers.

As our data processor, Thinkific processes personal data on our behalf under a Data Processing Addendum that incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. These SCCs ensure appropriate data protection safeguards for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area to the United States in compliance with GDPR Article 46. Thinkific implements comprehensive security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular backups, and incident response procedures.
