REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Digital Product – All Sales Final

The Canadian Grocery Insiders Canada Toolkit is a digital product delivered electronically via download. Once you have received access to download or view the Materials, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except as required by applicable law.

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Digital products can be immediately copied and stored. Once you have accessed the Toolkit Materials, we cannot retrieve or “return” them. For this reason, digital products are typically sold on a no-refund basis.

Before You Purchase

We want you to make an informed decision before purchasing. We provide extensive information before you buy:

Available Before Purchase:

• Detailed module descriptions
• Complete list of all 50+ Market Success Tools
• Sample content and screenshots
• Toolkit overview and structure
• Pricing and licensing information
• Information about delivery through Thinkific learning management platform
• Technical requirements for accessing Thinkific (modern web browser, internet connection)

We encourage you to:

• Review all product descriptions carefully
• Understand what is included in your license
• Verify that you can access the Thinkific platform from your location and device

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing the Materials due to an error on our part, contact us at admin@ingredients.agency. We will work with you to resolve legitimate technical issues.

Examples of technical issues we will resolve:

• Thinkific account invitation email not delivered due to errors in our enrollment system
• Inability to create your Thinkific account due to errors in our account setup
• Purchased Materials not appearing in your Thinkific account due to our enrollment errors
• Course modules incorrectly locked due to our configuration errors
• Missing Materials that were included in your purchased license
• Access problems caused by errors in our platform configuration

• Provide the following information: Your order number Description of the problem Screenshots if applicable Browser and device information

We will respond within 24-48 hours to resolve legitimate technical issues caused by errors on our part.

What Is NOT Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Change of Mind:

• You decided you don’t need the Toolkit after purchasing
• You found similar information elsewhere
• Your business plans changed

Product Expectations:

• The Toolkit didn’t meet your expectations
• You thought it would include different content
• You wanted more specific information for your exact product

Technical Issues Not Caused By Us:

• Your internet connection is slow
• Your device doesn’t have enough storage
• You can’t open PDF files (standard PDF reader required)
• You deleted your download link email
• Inability to access Thinkific due to your firewall, network restrictions, or corporate IT policies
• Forgotten Thinkific password (use the password reset feature on the Thinkific login page)
• Browser compatibility issues (Thinkific requires modern, updated browsers)
• Problems accessing Thinkific from geographic locations where the service may be restricted
• Slow platform loading times due to your internet connection speed
• Device storage limitations preventing video downloads

Institutional Licenses

For government agencies and trade organizations purchasing institutional licenses, contact admin@ingredients.agency before purchase to discuss:

• Number of user licenses needed
• Custom terms if required
• Payment arrangements
• Cancellation policies for large volume purchases

For large-volume institutional licenses, contact us before purchase to discuss delivery options, which may include access through the Thinkific platform for users under 25 seats or alternative delivery methods for larger implementations.

Your Rights Under Consumer Protection Laws

European Union Customers: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. However, this right is waived when:

• You expressly consent to immediate download
• You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal

When you purchase our Toolkit, you check a box confirming: “I agree to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal.”

Other Jurisdictions: Your local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. This refund policy does not override mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
